Meet leslie

I'm Leslie,  a photographer based in Tampa, Florida. For the last five years I’ve been visually capturing the special moments of families and couples all over the world. I'm a military spouse, mom of four (twin mom), and former middle school teacher. I'm from the great state of Texas, but have called Georgie, North Carolina, England, Italy, and Florida my "home". My goal for our session is to create a comfortable and relaxed environment, one that allows you to show your authentic self.

I view photography as a keepsake, a memory preserved over lifetimes to look back on. This was always something I treasured as a child; looking at old photographs my grandmother kept in emerald green leather bound albums.  I still to this day love looking at old photographs and replaying the memories in my head.

My photography style is soft, candid and nostalgic with a bit of warmth. Natural light is my favorite, but I don’t shy from indoor or studio work - I want to document your memories wherever they may happen. I'm all about an aesthetic photo, but ideally I want you to come as you are, be yourself, and have a good time. Having 4 kids of my own I know how challenging it is to capture all these milestones. Especially when family photos aren't everyone's favorite thing (looking at you dad).  This is why every family session is child led, allowing for children to feel comfortable and never forced into a situation. When children are at ease, parents can relax and enjoy their time together. For my couples, I follow your lead and work to bring out your authentic connection.
